Аннотация. В статье анализируются основные признаки юридического лица публичного права, проблемы соотношения норм гражданского законодательства и публично-правовых актов, регулирующих правосубъектность учреждений ФСИН России.

Abstract. The article analyzes the main features of a legal entity of public law, the problem of correlation between the norms of civil legislation and public legal acts regulating the legal personality of institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.
